Registrations
To register in a course, use on of these methods :
Informations by Internet   We offer a information request page over Internet, but not yet a registration form. You can reach our information page by clicking here.
 
Registration in person   Come visit us directly at 554, Ontario Street, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
 
Registration by fax   You can register by fax by downloading a registration form, printing it, filling it up and sending it to us by fax at 563-9353. Your payment should follow within a few days. You will be registered ONLY when the payment arrives.

IMPORTANT : BEFORE RETURNING YOUR REGISTRATION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OUR RULES AND OUR REFUND POLICY THAT YOU CAN FIND BELOW.

Click the link below to open the PDF registration form, then, simply print and fill up the form. Return it by fax at 563-9353. Send your payment by mail at 554, rue de l'Ontario, Sherbrooke (Québec) J1J 3R6. Your registration will be entered ONLY when we receive full payment. If your employer pays your course, please send a business check.

Credited courses registration rules  

IMPORTANT : If you register in a credited course for the first time, please contact us for full details. You can also read the details in French by clicking here.

 
Refund policy   We offer full 100% refund if the course is canceled by us. Otherwise, the refund policy is as follow:

100 % if you cancel BEFORE class starts;
50 % of registration fees if you cancel BEFORE the SECOND class;
No refund thereafter.

For courses lasting 15 hours or less, there are no refunds after first class.
