Description du programme Today, regardless of your status within the company, a basic knowledge of software packages and computer systems is essential. Some administrators may only require a rudimentary knowledge of hardware and software packages on the market. For the most part however, personnel will greatly enhance their performance and personal satisfaction by participating in this nine course program.
